Terms for job seekers
The short version of how Hirese works for you. By using Hirese you agree to these terms.
Free for you
- Creating a profile, applying for jobs and recording your introduction are free. Hirese never asks you for money, a deposit or a fee.
- If anyone asks you for money in Hirese’s name, don’t pay. Report it to help@hirese.in.
Your phone number
- Employers who may give you a job can see your phone number. This is how Hirese works, and by using Hirese you agree to it. There is no opt-out for this.
- Employers can use your number only to talk to you about jobs at their business.
Your profile and recordings
- Your name, town, work you want, education, languages and voice introduction can be seen by employers who search Hirese. A complete profile is shown to employers first.
- Each application recording is heard by the company you applied to, and by Hirese support if you report a problem. Recordings are deleted 90 days after a job closes.
- You can edit or delete your profile, your voice introduction and any application yourself, at any time.
Job alerts
- Job alerts are on only if you turn them on. You can turn them off any time in Profile.
- We send at most 5 job alerts a day and one WhatsApp summary in the evening.
Referrals
- Referral rewards are free wallet credits for employers. They are never paid out as cash.
